you should get to know the person before .you should starting being mean to them they could have a disabillty and when they get picked on they will get up set like i do sometimes when i get picked on they could be a really nice person and u shouldnt be mean to anyone but they are some people in the world that are and its not nice just get to know the person you could end out turn really good friends its all ways nice to get a new friend just get to know the person they could have a bad disabillity that can never be sorted out sooo just be nice to the person x
