Gerry Hopkinson is a PR superstar with big ideas about putting campaigns on the map.

As a co-founder of the PR company Unity in 2005, Gerry set about offering a new, more creative, approach to PR. His approach clearly worked, as he soon found the likes of Cancer Research UK, Friends of the Earth and Energy Savings Trust knocking on his door, asking for help promoting their campaigns. He’s also been given a nudge by uber-brands such as Orange, Pizza Express, Directline and Nivea, all of whom enlisted Gerry to help whip up frenzy about their products.

Over the past four years, Unity has won or been a finalist for more than 20 industry awards including Marketing Magazine’s PR agency of the year, The Green Event Award for the launch of Age of Stupid and Best Green Campaign in this year’s PR Week Awards. Here’s to Gerry helping turn our Battlefronters’ ideas into award-winning campaigns!
