Image Isn't Everything!
Beth Cooper
To change the way teenagers see themselves in the mirror; to show that it's not about what you see on the outside, but how you are on the inside that's important. I think that one of the biggest issues facing people our age today is image, and how they look to the opposite (or same) sex; it can lower self-esteem; generate bullying; lead to mental issues such as anorexia and bulimia. I want to make boys and girls feel important to themselves, not just to other people, and to let them know that no one is weird, or "different."
We could learn a lot from crayons; some are sharp, some are pretty, some are dull, while others bright, some have weird names, but they all have learned to live together in the same box. ~Robert Fulghum :)
