My campaign is simple, yet a complex one, as i want to aim to raise awareness about Islam. In today’s society Muslims have been singled out by the media and portrayed to be terrorists. I want to change people’s misconceptions about the religion and give people a deeper insight into what historical facts that lay behind the kayos in today’s world from 9/11 to Palestine and Afghanistan. I have not had a chance to make a video yet, and my picture is taken at a wedding, however I am writing at short notice to maybe be able to voice my views to the world, and make the biggest difference. I realise all the other campaigns do have merit however I believe passionately that my campaign is bigger in comparison to the others, as this isn’t only a domestic issue, rather one that effects people around the world. Although i am writing this, I believe that I will not get the chance to voice my concerns about the bombardment that is taking place. This disappoints and frustrates me, as i just want a chance to show the world what is the reality of millions dyeing. I have visited Jerusalem, and have seen firsthand the cry for help from the people of Gaza, please give me a chance to be the voice of the children who i have seen crying, and promised I will campaign for.
