A chance to learn the world

Setting up a place for teenagers/young adults with learning difficulties which can not be shut down government getting the individuals involved and raising money themselves to decorate/furnish how they want. A place they can call there own. Some of these people find it hard to find employment, this could be a place where they work there own cafe/bar. They can organize their own events, charity balls, summer fete's, discos. All run my a myself and a group of volunteers to help guide and encourage own independence.
