'Education, Education Education,' that's what Tony Blair said, so why is it that sooooo many Further Education Colleges are being underfunded??? FE colleges provide education for those 16 years and over in A Levels, GCSEs and vocational courses such as plumbing, computing etc. and they are the favourite port of call for mature students (that isanyone over the age of 21) who want an education that they want to improve on. Many students also prefer them to schools because you get to call the teachers by their firstnames and not have to wear school uniform:) The sad fact is though the government focuses on Schools and Universities whereas colleges are left 'out of the loop.' Many colleges throughout Britain are having to get rid of staff to cut expenses because they aren't getting enough funding. So what can we do? SCREAM AND SHOUT ABOUT IT!!!

hello Matthew, Congratulations! You've made it into the top 10 most popular campaigns for our competition. We don't have a working email address for you and would like to speak to you on the phone. Please could you email me - the Battlefront web producer - at joanna.woolf@rawtelevision.co.uk so I can have a brief chat with you. Thanks, Jo

Float your boat? Do you like the cut of Matthew Jones's jib? Then do something about it. Voting, preferably, not a small dance. The 10 campaigns with the most votes end up before the wise and bewigged Battlefront judges, who’ll pick the lucky campaign to appear on the next Battlefront TV series.
So get behind the issues that matter most to you. You have until midday 30 March to cast your votes.
Everyone loves a nice badge. Especially badgers, for whom they are the primary source of income. Those furry little craftsmen have knocked up a particularly natty Battlefront one which you can stick on Bebo, MySpace, Facebook or your own website to show your support.
Just copy and paste the code below into your website – just like embedding a YouTube player – and then anyone who clicks it will be sent to the Battlefront site, and your page will look at least ninety times as snazzy.
Hi Matthew, Just thought I'd let you know that we're currently looking for our next lot of Battlefronters. If you are still interested, please get in touch via the link on the front page of the website or e-mail me direct. Cheers, Angie
