Carney Bonner commented on FacebookFacebookCyber bullying as a whole, is going up and up. Most people don't know where to turn to, to get help. So if you know someone who has been bullied or someone that might be a bully them self, and you know they need help then send them this way :D

I think wat they shud do is invent a cyber bully detector so when the bully is detected then he wud be cut of from the internet and the program wud send a message or signal to the police so they could track the bully much easier
